Who is responsible

What is collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, what the enquiry is about, your message, and optionally a link, a timescale, and the title of a work. Alongside it the site records the page you first arrived on, the site that referred you, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string.
Why
To answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of work discussed. The IP address is recorded to rate-limit the form against automated submissions. The landing page and referrer are recorded to understand which parts of the site lead to enquiries.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to someone who has contacted a business about its services, and protecting that form from abuse.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the date they are sent, then deleted. If work follows, records relating to that work are kept for as long as tax and contractual obligations require.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Enquiries are stored on the server that runs this site and emailed to an address on this domain. They are not shared, sold, or used for marketing, and you will not be added to any mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies. There is no analytics tool. A single session cookie is set to keep the enquiry form working and to protect it against cross-site request forgery; it is strictly necessary and carries no tracking.
Videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and load only when you click play; nothing is requested from YouTube until you do. Instagram images, where shown, are served from this site rather than Instagram.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and it will be dealt with within one month. If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
